Intersection

This is a film project for my silent cinema class. The goal
for the film project--by way of cinematic devices and by using film as
a form of language--is to show my understanding of the silent film era
by making a silent film. The criteria includes that the short film
directly reflects or imitates a filmmaking style, genre, or technique
from the 1910s or 1920s. Also that the film have a running time of
between 10 and 15 minutes. For this project I will be collaborating
with another fellow student from the class, Justin Way. Our short film
will reflect that of the style of German Expressionism. Therefore the
need for lighting is crucial for our assignment.
