Kodiak Island Oral History Project

I am compiling a book of interview transcripts for return to
the Kodiak Island communities where I conducted the interviews.  It
is my desire that the audio files from these interviews be available
to the participants and their communities, so I intend to transfer
the tapes into a more accessible format. I also would like to use
editing software to extract short clips from the interviews.  These
clips will be forwarded to an Alutiiq language specialist for
translation.
