Music/Video Experiment

I have designed an experiment measuring the effects of video and
music and need to create a DVD of stimuli.  The DVD will be excerpts of
video source material originally in DVD and VHS format.  I need to record
this material and then do some simple editing, including separating the
sound from the visual material.  I need to create 2 DVD's at different
stages; one for pilot testing, one for actual data collection.
