Paul Horiuchi Archives

Paul Chikamasa Horiuchi (1906-1999) was a Northwest artist
who achieved much success and recognition during his lifetime. This
project was undertaken to preserve Horiuchi\\\'s rich artistic
legacy. The artist\\\'s archives contains include numerous press
clippings, over 1000 photographs, correspondence, exhibition
catalogues, and other documents relating to his life and artwork.

The foundation for this project was realized in the spring of 2005
under the instruction of Stacy Waters during DXARTS 411 (Applications
of Digital Technologies to Humanities Research). Further information
