Alternative Ritual in The Gambia

I already submitted an application back in 1998 or 1999(I must
confess that i do not remember the title I used then), and did some work
on ethnographic video materials from my anthropological fieldwork in The
Gambia. At this point I am collaborating with a filmmaker in New York who
is making a documentary about female circumcision and will want to use
some of my footage. She prefers that I send her the footage on miniDV and
I would like to use the CARTAH facilities for just an hour or so to view
my stored miniDVs to select which one to mail to her. I would only need
