Transcription of American Sign Language narratives

I am studying the use of a classifiers (a linguistic category) in
American Sign Language narratives.  To present a phonological
transcription of the texts, I will transcribe these narratives using
SignWriting, a system for writing visual movement and signed languages,
currently used to teach Deaf children literacy in signed languages.  As
the texts are currently on video, and transcription is a lengthy and
detailed process, I would like to use CARTAH to help me digitize them for
ease and efficiency.  I do not need to edit the videos, just transfer them
to CDs.
