Digitization of linguistic field recordings

The goal of this project is to digitize about 10 to 12 hours worth of
reel to reel field recordings from the Eastern Nilotic languages Teso,
Karimojong and Dodos. The recordings were gathered during a research trip
to Uganda in 1988. The digitization is necessary to preserve the
recordings for the future and to make them available to other users
(linguists and the native language community alike).
