IFM Website Upgrade

This project is to upgrade the visual appearance and interactivity of
a website for Independent Filmmmakers, a registered student organization.  
IFM plans to add Macromedia Flash animations and streaming content (video
and audio). It is anticipated that adding these elements will create an
end result which exemplifies our true creative spirit.
