Ethnography - exercise

This project is an exercise in ethnographical interviewing; A Native
American artist and a Director of a Native American Cultural Center will
be interviewed - for no longer than 1/2 hour - on the issues of tribal
symbols and iconography used in contemporary art by Native Americans. As
an exercise, the taped interview will be discussed in class and then
either given to the interviewee or destroyed, depending upon the
interviewees' wishes.
