UW 48 Hour Filmmaking Competition

I'm producing the UW's entry in Pioneer's 48 hour filmmaking
competition this year. We'll be shooting over two days on the weekend of
October 24-26, competing against about 20 other schools for prizes of $5k
and $10k for our school's film program. It will be a campus-wide event,
involving around two dozen students from various disciplines, open to
everyone (chosen through a series of interviews and auditions). The

We will be needing as much equipment as we can get to make the 48 hours we
have to write a script, film it, edit and burn it to dvd go as quickly and
smoothly as possible.
