these tapes came from Prof. Ilse Lehiste at Ohio State University.
Prof. Hans Vogt of Norway elicits responses from a native Ubykh
speaker.Ubykh is a Caucasian language spoken at one time in Northeastern
Turkey. it is reputed to have the most extensive inventory of phonemes in
the world - 80.
