Lake City in transition

Lake City, a neighborhood in north Seattle is in a state of
transformation.  Within the last few years it has begun drastic changes in
both building development a changes in resident demographics.  This area
is expected to make the same transitional changes that Ballard,
Wallingford, and Belltown have undergone.  Changes in the type of shops,
apartments, and who lives in the neighborhood are expected.  In this
project I hope to view This neighborhood now and then revisit it in 5, and
10 years.
