Community Engaged Leaders (CEL) is a six quarter community-based leadership development program supported by the Carlson Leadership & Public Service Center, Jumpstart, and the Pipeline Project – community engagement programs located within the Center for Experiential Learning & Diversity (EXPD).  The program is designed to provide a structured and customized opportunity for students to enhance their community engagement experiences and develop their leadership capacity for effective and respectful community work while working closely with a mentor.
