Nicole Zender

Nicole is an undergraduate student assistant for the Carlson Center. In her role, she manages General Studies 350, a course option for students interested in earning academic credit for integrating an internship experience with academic work. Additionally Nicole assists in preparing service-learning opportunities for students who are looking to get involved with service work in their community.

Nicole is pursuing a Bachelor’s in Sociology with a minor in Education, Learning and Societies at the University of Washington. In her work at the Carlson Center, she enjoys engaging with students to find service opportunities that they are interested in. Nicole has participated in a number of service-learning courses and enjoys continuing her service projects with organizations she has been connected with through the Carlson Center.
