To use Intercom Calling
To announce over the intercom
To signal a busy telephone
To transfer a call over the intercom
To intercom conference with an outside call

To use Intercom Calling:

To call:
1. Press [ICM].
2. Dial comline code (70-81).
To answer:
1. Lift receiver.
2. Press flashing ICM button.
3. Speak.

To announce a call:

To announce:
1. Lift receiver (optional).
2. Press [ICM].
3. Dial comline code.
4. Hold down [ICM] while speaking.
5. Release [ICM] to listen.
To answer:
1. Do not lift receiver.
2. Speak into phone.

To signal a busy telephone:

To signal:
1. Press [ICM].
2. Dial comline code.
3. Press [ICM] again. Caller on busy telephone will hear tone, and ICM light will flash.
4. Announce transfer, or hang up to transfer directly.
To respond:

Place call on hold by pressing [ICM],

or,

Press flashing line button and begin speaking.

To transfer a call over the intercom:

To transfer:
1. While on call, press [ICM].
2. Dial comline code.
3. Announce transfer, or hang up to transfer directly.
To answer:
1. Lift receiver.
2. Answer intercom or line.

To Intercom Conference with an outside call:

While on call, press [ICM].
Dial comline code, and wait for person called to answer flashing ICM button.
When answered, press [#] only. (Do not press line button.) Three callers will now be connected.
