UW Conferencing Services

Whether you need a one time audio conference for up to 55 people, a web conference to share documents and spreadsheets online, or need to have meetings with a handful of colleagues at a moments notice, UW conferencing services has the collaboration tools necessary to make your conference a success.

Meeting Exchange

Meeting Exchange is a potent means for effective conferencing. Using a telephone and a computer with a web browser, conference participants can view documents and PowerPoint presentations, share files, chat, use a white board, and edit and annotate documents - all in a real time, UW-secured environment.  Reservations are required for this service.

Web Conferencing $ 0.025 per minute/per participant
Audio Conferencing $ 0.025 per minute/per participant
Web & Audio Conference $ 0.05 per minute/per participant
Toll-free Access $ 0.06 per minute/per participant
Non-Campus Dial Tone Subscribers $25.00 monthly recurring charge

Meet-Me Conferencing

Meet-me Conferencing provides a reservation-less, meet-me audio conferencing bridge with capability for up to 20 participants. This system allows organizations to hold conference calls on-demand, without paying per-use fees for simple reservation-less conference calls.

Advantages include:

  1. Easy to use, low-cost conferencing solution for up to 20 parties.
  2. Best solution for day-to-day, impromptu conferencing needs.
  3. No per minute/per user charge for conference.

Rates

One-time Setup Fee $4.00
Monthly Recurring Charge

$2.00 per month for campus dial tone subscribers

$25 per month for non-campus dial tone subscribers

Toll-free Access $0.06 per minute/per participant
