Kids must be between the ages of 6 and 12, and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to participate. After you submit this form, a Burke Museum staff member will contact you about participating. Participants get free admission to the Burke Museum on the day of their appointment and a $10 gift card to Häagen-Dazs!
