Ordering and Using Reproductions
To request permission to publish an image, please complete the Reproduction Request Form and send it to the Rights and Reproductions staff listed below. A curator will review the form, advise if the image can be reproduced and determine reproduction fees.
To order a digital scan, print or slide of an image, please complete the Photo Request Form and send it to the Rights and Reproductions staff listed below. All photo orders are processed through a University of Washington photography lab.
Please note that the process of requesting permission may take up to 2 months to complete, and involves fees.
