In the Fall of 2007, the Bill Holm Center will launch a new totem pole Web site, "The Enduring Power of Totem Poles." Based in part on our 2003 exhibit at the Burke Museum "Out of the Silence: The Enduring Power of Totem Poles," this web site will make historical photographs of Northwest Coast totem poles and associated educational materials available on a searchable database on the Bill Holm Center web site (partially funded by a grant from the National Endowment for the Arts).
