The Bill Holm Center intends to publish in digital form (DVD/CDROM) "The Kwakiutl of British Columbia, a Documentary by Franz Boas" (1930) with Bill Holm's notes (1972). The Burke Museum owns the only copy of this film, believed to be the only film that Boas ever prepared. Included are scenes depicting traditional Kwakiutl dances, crafts, games, oratory, and the action of shamans. Project is still to be funded.
