The OEA Testing Center, located in 440 Schmitz Hall, offers a wide variety of tests, including undergraduate placement, college entrance, certification, and make-up/course exams. Facilities include two group testing rooms with individual carrels and video/audio systems. Disability accommodations are available, and proctoring services are provided for other educational institutions or agencies.
UW instructors may request administration of course exams by completing and submitting a Faculty Exam Form (open with Adobe).
PLEASE NOTE: If you are sick, please consult the University of Washington’s guidelines and consider whether or not it is safe to test in an environment with other students. UW guidelines include staying at home if you are sick with a high fever and cough or sore throat. If you are sick, we will be happy to reschedule your test when you are well again!
Also, in consideration of those who are sensitive to chemicals or fragrances, please refrain from wearing or spraying chemicals such as perfumes or cologne in the Testing Center. This will help to ensure that our space is accessible and available to all members of our community – including those who have Multiple Chemical Sensitivities (MCS) or chemical injury. Thank you!
