Debbie McGhee has provided research and assessment services for the Office of Educational Assessment since 1998. Her primary focuses are survey research and the analysis of large datasets, such as student records. She consults with and assists university clients at every stage of the research process, including research design, instrument (questionnaire) development, project management, data analysis, and report writing. In addition, she routinely investigates the statistical properties of IASystem (course evaluation) data. Ms. McGhee received a Washington Educational Research Association Award for her work on the relationship between 10th grade Washington Assessment of Student Learning scores and university performance. She received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology from the Ohio State University and studied graduate-level clinical and social psychology at the University of Washington.
