Any Hungry Husky

About 15-25% of college students do not get enough food. Food insecurity negatively affects physical, mental and emotional health, making it difficult for people to perform well at school and work. Any Hungry Husky relieves this issue by providing nutritious, wholesome food to anyone in the UW community.

We aim to provide students, staff, and faculty access to no-cost food while maintaining their dignity.

A number of divisions, departments, offices, and groups have supported and contributed to these campus-wide initiatives, including:

  • The VP Office of Student Life
  • The Office of Minority Affairs and Diversity/ Kelly Ethnic Cultural Center
  • Student Financial Aid
  • Housing and Food Services
  • The HUB
