Parking Information

The following is general parking information. There are specific parking recommendations for some events. Please see the complete schedule for details as applicable.

Lot E-1 is located just off Montlake Boulevard N.E. (North of Husky Stadium). You should enter on the north side of this lot. $5 all day. (View map for location).

Thursday, April 26
Suggested parking for most events is in N1 - 5, Padelford Garage and Central Plaza Garage (limited space). $11 entry between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m.
$5 entry after 4 p.m. There's always space available in E-1.

Friday, April 27
Suggested parking for cars and vans is in Lot E-1 off of Montlake Blvd. On Friday, if you plan to visit the Health Sciences Open House, you may find the Central Plaza Garage more convenient to your destination.

Free Shuttles. Shuttles will be running through campus (starting/ending at E-1) from 2 - 7 p.m. on Friday only. Shuttles will stop near Metro Bus Stops on route through campus. If you plan to stay on campus past 7 p.m., you will need to make other arrangements to get back to E-1 as shuttles will discontinue operation.

Saturday, April 28
Suggested parking for cars and vans is in Lot E-1. Prices as noted, until Noon. Free entry after Noon. On Saturday, if you plan to visit the College of Ocean and Fisheries Sciences "Explore the Living Oceans" Open House, you may find the S-1 Lot to be more convenient. Lot S-1 is $5 before Noon, free afterwards.

Alternative Transportation

The University of Washington encourages you to join our efforts to improve traffic conditions and to protect the environment. Please consider using an alternative to driving alone to get to Washington Weekend.

There are more than 60 bus routes from all over King and Snohomish counties serving the University District - 35 come right to campus. Getting here by bus is easy and inexpensive. For more information on taking a bus to the UW, visit the UW Commuter Services site
