Visiting UW alumni and their families are invited to the Burke Museum for an open house with tours of the newest exhibit, In the Spirit of the Ancestors: Contemporary Northwest Native Art, a scavenger hunt for kids and adults, and archaeology demonstrations. Tours are Friday at 12:15 pm (led by curator Dr. Robin K. Wright), and Saturday at noon and 2 pm with Burke docents. Learn about archeology in our own Washington State at the hands-on learning lab "Burke 101" Saturday from 12-2 and try your skill with the Burke scavenger hunt activity! Admission is free to UW alumni and their family during Washington Weekend.

The Burke is open 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. during Washington Weekend. Join us for one of our tours or drop in any time to explore!
