Learn about the Department of Anthropology's exciting faculty and student research! In his examination of death practices, James Green shares how many "baby boomers" are making the ultimate rite of passage a memorable one. Lorna Rhodes examines the hidden world that lies at the heart of the "supermaximum" security prison. Students will lead you through an ongoing tour of the archaeology lab, which will include an examination of prehistoric artifacts from Alaska and elsewhere, and discussion of the kinds of analyses being conducted on them. End the day with an informal reception in Denny Hall 401.
