We're pleased to welcome Louisana poet, folkorist, scholar (especially on Beat poet Bob Kaufman) Mona Lisa Saloy. Presently in Seattle as a visiting professor at the University of Washington, she is among those displaced by Hurricane Katrina. She is here this evening with her 2005 T.S. Eliot Prize-winning collection of poems, "Red Beans and Ricely Yours" (Truman State).
