How to Enroll in a UW Alumni Tour

1. Please download and fill out the Alumni Tours reservation form (PDF file, 40 KB) indicating the tour(s) you are signing up for. (If you need to download Adobe's free Acrobat software to view the reservation form, click here.)
2. Enclose a deposit of $500 (check or credit card) per person, per program. Deposits are provisional pending your acceptance of the final brochure terms. A final brochure will be forwarded to you as soon as it's available.
