Churchill Polar Bear Expedition

Churchill Polar Bear Expedition

When:
October 30 - November 2, 2010

Activity Level:  Mildly Active

Join us as we depart from Seattle and fly via all-business class private jet directly to Churchill, Manitoba, Canada, not accessible by road or direct commercial flights. This northern seaport occupies a spit of land that provides the fastest access onto the ice for polar bear watching. Biologists say 60 percent of the polar bear population can be found in this region. Sadly, due to environmental changes, the population is at great risk of serious decline.

We’ll spend three nights at a comfortable bed and breakfast. From here, we’ll transfer by tundra buggies to explore the migration of the polar bears. Experience this once-in-a-lifetime adventure while enjoying the benefits of an exclusive private jet and the comfort of business class.

- Watch an NBC video about Churchill's polar bears.
