Contreras Honored by Northwest Asian Weekly

Frances Contreras, Assistant Professor of Education Leadership and Policy Studies, was among those honored by the Northwest Asian Weekly in its Women of Color Empowered luncheon series.

The January 26 event was titled “Women of Color Empowered Rising Stars: Honoring Young Women Making a Difference.” Contreras was one of 11 women to be honored. An additional 11 received honorable mentions.
