To activate a new line of service with T-Mobile and take advantage of the 12% discount*, please call 1-866-464-8662, select Option 3 and identify yourself as a member of UWAA and reference our promo code. Please be prepared to provide your Alumni Membership Number at the time of order as this is a requirement and proof of affiliation to UWAA's discount program.

Already with T-Mobile?

Through your UWAA membership your account may be eligible for a monthly discount of 12%. Call 1-877-453-8824 and let the customer service rep know you are a member of UWAA and would like to check to see if your account is eligible for the member discount. You will be requested to provide your UWAA membership number and you will need to reference our promo code.

Choosing Plans, Equipment & Getting Answers

Online—you can visit the special UWAA partner site on T-Mobile to view plans and equipment. Current T-Mobile customers can fill out the "Migration Form" to get the UWAA member discount.

In Stores—Even though you are unable to activate and take advantage of the hardware promotions in the T-Mobile store, you can visit any T-Mobile location to check out the device(s) you desire firsthand. The sales associates are more than happy to answer your questions but remember to utilize the toll-free number and promo code to place your order.

By Phone—Most of your questions can be answered over the phone when you call the toll free numbers above. Ordering by phone using your member number and the UWAA promo code is the easiest way to get your discount.
