What is my Alumni ID/UWAA Member Number and where do I find it?

You can find your University of Washington alumni number (which is also your UWAA member number) on your Columns magazine mailing label or on your UW Alumni Association membership card. Your alumni number should be a total of 10 characters. If yours is fewer, please add zeros to the front of the number until you reach 10 characters. For example, alumni number 123456 with zeros added is 0000123456.

Can I use my UW student ID instead of my Alumni ID/UWAA member number?
No. HuskyConnect does not contain UW student ID data, so your UW student ID cannot be substituted for your Alumni ID/UWAA Member Number.

Do I get a HuskyConnect e-mail account for using HuskyConnect?
No. Users are not issued a "HuskyConnect" e-mail address or account. The e-mail account you used to register for HuskyConnect is the e-mail service you will use to send and receive messages while using HuskyConnect.

Separately from HuskyConnect, degreed UW alumni are eligible for free lifetime e-mail service from the University of Washington. You can, if you like, register for HuskyConnect using this e-mail account.
