How do I change/reset my HuskyConnect password?

If you've forgotten your password:
1) Click on the "RESET IT" link on the HuskyConnect log-in page.
2) When asked, type in the e-mail address you set up as your HuskyConnect login.
3) You'll be prompted to answer the SECURITY QUESTION you configured when you first registered.
4) When prompted, type in a new password and confirm it.

If you just want to change your password:
1) Log in to HuskyConnect using your current password.
2) Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of the Web page.
3) In the "My Account" menu on the left, choose "Change my password."
4) You can change your password, or change your security question and answer.

Can I change the e-mail notifications I get from HuskyConnect?
Yes. You can choose to be notified or not by HuskyConnect via e-mail when any of a number of things happen: someone requests to connect to you, someone sends you a message, someone in your network creates an event. You can request an e-mail reminder for upcoming events in your network, and you can set how many days before the event you want the reminder.

In addition, you can control whether and how often you get e-mails regarding activity in your HuskyConnect Groups.

To view the current e-mail settings, and make changes, click on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of any HuskyConnect Web page, then select "Send me an e-mail when..." from the "My Account" menu on the left.

I don't want someone to be able to contact me at all in HuskyConnect. How do I block someone from contacting me?
You can block someone so you will not receive e-mail or messaging from them, regardless of their relationship to you in HuskyConnect, by clicking on the "Block" link while viewing the person's profile page.

You can review the list of people you have blocked, and edit the list, by clicking on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of any HuskyConnect Web page, then selecting "People I've blocked" from the "My Account" menu on the left.

How do I change my primary HuskyConnect e-mail address?
First, log in with your current HuskyConnect primary e-mail address. Click on the "My Account" link in the upper right-hand corner of any HuskyConnect Web page, then select "Update my e-mail addresses" from the "My Account" menu on the left.

Next, follow the instructions to add an additional e-mail address to HuskyConnect. HuskyConnect will verify that new e-mail address by sending a confirmation e-mail to that address. You must retreive that confirmation e-mail and click on a link in it to complete the verification step.

Once you've added the additional address, you'll see it listed on the "Update my e-mail addresses" page. You can choose which e-mail address in the list will be your primary HuskyConnect e-mail address by clicking the radio button next to the address.

NOTE: Changing your primary HuskyConnect e-mail address will change your HuskyConnect log on. Also, all HuskyConnect e-mail is sent to your primary address.
