As a practicing dentist, Thomas Em, ’90, knows when a plate is a good fit. So when he saw a poster promoting the new UW license plate back in July, he knew he needed one. He didn’t realize, however, that he’d be helping the UW past a milestone by purchasing plate number 2007. Talk about a perfect fit.

“I’m grateful for the opportunity that I had to attend the UW,” says Em, who graduated from the School of Dentistry in 1990. He lives and works in Walla Walla. “It’s world-renowned not only for the education, but for the beautiful campus. I chose the license plate to show my affiliation and to help give back a portion of what my education has done for me.”
