
With nearly 647,000 YouTube hits since its release Memorial Day weekend, the parody features UW Information School students and library faculty and staff singing about library catalogs while dancing between the stacks of Suzzallo. Initially created by UW grad student Sarah Wachter, ’10, for the iSchool’s film festival, the video has garnered national attention for its humorous take on the current Gaga craze.

We loved the video! Thanks for making it so easily available. We have seen Lady Gaga only once, during a music awards program on television, so we’re not “into her,” but we thought that this film was charming and light-spirited–left us with a cheery feeling to start the morning.
