• Computing & Software Systems 10th Anniversary Celebration
  Computing & Software Systems kicked off its 10th Anniversary with a ceremony honoring the founding faculty, staff and first graduating class.
• Husky Night with the Everett Aquasox
  UW alumni from Bothell and elsewhere rooted on the Aquasox and enjoyed all-they-could-eat BBQ.
• Writing for Their Lives - Joan Burbick
  Come face to face with prominent authors as they read from and converse about their written works. Join us for our final Spring lecture in this series, featuring scholar turned popular author Joan Burbick.
• UW Bothell 15 Years Celebration Gala Dinner
  We saluted the 15th anniversary of the UW Bothell campus during this spectacular event.
• Writing for Their Lives - Alex Kuo
  Winner of the American Book Award, Kuo spoke about his books including Lipstick and Other Stories and This Fierce Geography.
• Computing & Software Speakers Series - David Anderson
  The founder of Agile Management talked about variation and predictive methods for software development, architecture and project management.
• UW Bothell Apple Cup Viewing Party
  The 2005 edition of this party took place at The Rock in Lynnwood.
• Choice Words: "The Answers Are Not in the Back of the Book"
  Science is as much about asking questions as seeking answers. Dr. Carole Kubota, the 2005 UW Bothell Distinguished Teaching Award recipient, demonstrated this belief by conducting an interactive evening of fun and scientific discovery for wondering minds of all ages.

• Husky Summer Weekend '05
  Alumni and friends enjoyed a delicious picnic followed by a baseball game between the Everett Aquasox and the Yakima Bears.
  
• Choice Words: Distinguished Teaching Award Lecture
  UWB's Distinguished Teaching Award winner for 2004, Professor Alan Wood, gave his Last Lecture - or at least what he would present IF it were his last opportunity to lecture. He discussed "Can Democrats and Republicans Find Perfect Happiness?"
• The Mars Exploration Rovers: Driving Autonomously on Mars
  Mark Maimone of NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory discuessed his work on the current Mars missions. He shared pictures from Mars and talked about how these Mars rovers were developed.
• UW Bothell Film Series: Reel Culture
  Alumni examined a four-part film series exploring how cinema, dance, music and art reflect the values and characteristics of a society-and the power of performance to enforce or change them.
• UW Bothell Alumni Forum
  Bothell alumni had a fun opportunity to reconnect with fellow alumni and gave their thoughts about the future of UWB in a discussion with Chancellor Warren Buck and UWAA Director John Buller
