Saints Cyril and Methodius Day

Join us for a lively evening celebrating Slavic culture with great food, dancing and music by popular local performer Mary Sherhart and the Balkan Cabaret. Funds raised will go to the Department of Slavic Languages and Literature's student scholarship fund.

Where: Russian Community Center, 704 19th Ave East, Seattle
Time: 6:30 p.m. - midnight
Cost: $10 for UWAA members ($12 at the door); $12 for non-members ($15 at the door), $5 for students & seniors over 65 ($7 at the door). $25 for sponsors.
Free for children under 10.

About the Performers:
Mary Sherhart is a popular Seattle-area vocalist known for her performances of traditional Balkan music. She's part of Balkan Cabaret, a quartet that plays Eastern European folk music.
