Unresolved conflicts are among the most expensive hidden costs in modern organizations. Left to fester, conflicts block communication and impede program execution. This video-assisted seminar teaches busy managers how to prevent conflicts from escalating. Managers will learn what causes conflicts in teams, why they last so long, how to resolve them and how to prevent recurrence. This seminar emphasizes practical, “how-to” methods that you can apply in everyday workplace situations to promote healthier, safer, more cohesive teams.
