Winston S. Churchill, grandson of the former British Prime Minister, delivers the 6th annual Churchill Center Lecture in Seattle. This lecture will explore public leadership in democratic societies during times of crisis.  In “Public Leadership in Times of Crisis,” he reflects on the challenges his grandfather embraced to lead Britain during the early years of World War II, before the U.S. formally entered the war.
