Managing the Budget Process March 28 - April l This course seeks to build managers' and budget officials' abilities and confidence to develop realistic budgets and participate effectively in this policy process. Through case studies, applied exercises, and guest speakers, this course focuses on the practical skills needed to analyze budget information, identify ways to improve service quality and productivity, and effectively communicate with elected officials and the public.
