    Meet Our New Assistant Director of Alumni Relations
    In June, Christina Marx joined the Evans School team as Assistant Director of Development and Alumni Relations. Chris is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance communications and assist alumni in the development of their personal, professional, volunteer, and philanthropic interests. She replaces Jack Spirakes (MPA, `02), who recently returned to San Diego to be closer to his family.

    Marc Lindenberg Memorial Climb TeamMarc Lindenberg Mt. Rainier Memorial Climb
    This summer, Victor Yagi '03 organized a Marc Lindenberg Memorial Climb on Mt. Rainier. After months of training and hauling 40lb packs up steep trails, an alumni team summits the big mountain - with a little help from Cathy Lindenberg, Elaine Chang '91, and Marieka Klawitter.

    An interactive evening of career information and inspiration featuring a panel of UW alumni sharing their experience, transition stories and lessons learned along the way.

    Managing for Results
    November 18 - 19
    Managers in the public and nonprofit sectors, as well as in the private sector, are increasingly responsible for producing results as well as for improving performance. Course concepts include benchmarking, designing scorecards, setting targets, developing performances measures, aligning organizational and integrating individual performance, creating an organizational culture focused on results and reporting results to the public.

    Dependable Strengths Seminars
    November 18 - 20 or December 16 - 18
    This seminar is designed to assess strengths and talents, and to use this information to develop a powerful job search strategy.
