Come Together Washington

October 15, 4:30 - 8:00 PM

Our community and our state are alive with possibilities. Throughout the Puget Sound region and across Washington, people are working together to build a wonderful future for their families and communities by helping to extend the benefits of human innovation to people around the world. Come Together Washington will be a special occasion for discovering the University's role in prospects for better health, environmental quality, expanded educational opportunities, robust economic vitality, and enriched civic life and culture. It is also a way for the University community to express appreciation to all who are contributing to such a future.

We'll hear from the new University of Washington president, Dr. Mark Emmert. We'll interact with students and faculty in a diverse showcase of extraordinary projects in discovery and learning. And we'll hear an inspirational keynote address from Bill Gates III, co-founder of Microsoft Corporation and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Come Together Washington is a celebration to lift your spirits for today and spark your enthusiasm for tomorrow. Please join us.
