Husky Summer Weekend '04 - Denver

Just think of it: Huskies all over the country gathering on the same weekend to celebrate Husky Pride. Husky Summer Weekend '04 is a weekend filled with fun Husky activities in neighborhoods across the world.

All Denver area alumni and friends are invited to a Family Day at Elitch Gardens Amusement Park in Denver.

Where: Six Flags Elitch Gardens, 2000 Elitch Circle, Denver
When: Saturday, Aug. 14, noon to 8 p.m.
What: Bring the family and spend a Dawg Day Afternoon with fellow Huskies!
Cost: Advance tickets cost $19 and are available by contacting Todd & Michelle Dankers at 303-431-6759. Call as soon as possible. Regular admission tickets are $37.

What to expect:
Our Dawg Day Afternoon at Elitch Gardens will take place this Saturday, from noon to 8 PM. While at Elitch's, wear purple and gold to identify yourself as a Husky, and then look for others who are wearing Husky themed clothing. Also swing by the "Rockin E Buckaroo BBQ and Grill" to check in at a Husky table that we will have set up.

Directions:
Take I-25, northbound or southbound, to the Speer Blvd. Exit. Head southeast on Speer to Elitch Circle. Turn right and follow signs to Elitch's parking lots. For more information vist the Elitch Gardens' Web site.
