    The Apprentice and Beyond: Local CEO and Business School Alum Talks About His Post-UW Adventures
    James Sun, founder/CEO of Zoodango.com and a candidate on the current season of The Apprentice, will recount experiences from his extraordinary young life. After emigrating from Korea as a boy, he worked through the UW at his own successful investment business, consulted Fortune 500 companies, traveled the world and started a professional networking site, taking a detour to co-star on Donald Trump's popular reality show/public job interview. Sun will share his philosophy on making - and making the most of - the opportunities that arise around every corner.

    The University of Washington Business School's Global Business Case Competition (GBCC) is an annual international case competition that brings together undergraduate university students from the United States and 12 - 14 other countries to compete in a fast-paced and challenging business case study.     Washington Weekend
    Washington Weekend, April 26-28, is an annual event featuring open houses, class reunions, lectures, tours, live entertainment, Husky sporting events and more for the campus community and the general public. It's a chance for everyone to come back to campus to enjoy all the University of Washington has to offer, and get a first-hand look at everything that is going on at this premier institution in our backyard. 

    There are events and programs for just about every taste, and everyone is welcome to participate and enjoy the rich academic, athletic and community traditions of the University of Washington. More...

    CEO Lunch Series
    The UW Business School and the Alumni Association invite you to join us for the 17th annual CEO Lunch series. The lunches feature CEO's of local companies in a dynamic program that attracts a wide range of Business School alumni and members of the Puget Sound business community.

    Here’s a great way to stay connected and make a difference in the lives of other Huskies: volunteer to be a Husky Career Network contact.

    This worldwide network of UW alumni and friends offering information about their field and networking referrals to UW students and UWAA members who are exploring their career options. Click for more information and online sign-up.

    Of course, if you are a UW Alumni Association member you can also take advantage of the Husky Career Connections Network to support your own career development. The network allows you to access more than 1900 UW Business School MBAs, and more than 5000 contacts altogether.

    Gregory Dahl, BA'75
    On January 2, 2007, the Board of Directors of Innovatech Products and Equipment Company in Everett, Washington, appointed Mr. Gregory Dahl as president of the company.  Innovatech is a leading manufacturer of machinery and tooling that it sells worldwide to the surface preparation and concrete finishing industries.
