E-Business Roundtable and Reception

All E-Business alumni are invited to attend the program's annual roundtable dinner at the Burke Museum on October 14, 6-9pm. The event will feature "Cold Reality: Alaska Airlines' Online Marketing," presented by Steve Jarvis, Staff Vice President for E-Commerce and Distribution at Alaska Airlines.

During some of the toughest economic times in the airline industry's history, Alaska has turned to the Internet to lower distribution costs and drive incremental business in the most cost effective way. Steve will discuss Alaska's brand positioning in a new competitive environment, and how online marketing is being used to strengthen the brand and grow the business.
