Janice Anderson is CEO of Onyx Software Corp., a leader in customer process software that allows companies to automate, manage and develop customer processes quickly and cost effectively. A seasoned business executive, strategist and entrepreneur with global operations experience, her career spans 21 years and encompasses executive management positions with Lucent Technologies, AT&T and two technology startups. In 2004, Onyx reported that nearly two-thirds of its new license sales came from enterprises with more than $2 billion in corporate revenue, an increase from approximately 50 percent of new license revenues in 2003.
