Daryl Ries, '68, planned a first-ever get-together. She wrote: “Montana had a no host picnic near Great Falls. Seven people attended and had a wonderful time. The connection with UW supporters was very appreciated. We made plans for future annual events including a 2005 Lewis & Clark celebration of some sort. We plan to move our events around the state in coming years to facilitate wider participation…Interestingly, several families also picnicking stopped to speak with us—including a current UW student!
