Matt Youngquist is the founder and president of Career Horizons. A recognized career coaching expert and LinkedIn trainer in the greater Seattle area, he has personally assisted more than 11,500 clients across the Pacific Northwest strategically manage their careers, explore their occupational options and market themselves successfully to new opportunities.

 

Kathryn Saxer has thousands of hours of experience coaching mid-career professionals and is certified with the International Coaching Federation.
