Program Description
The FIUTS Community BBQ is the largest FIUTS event of the year. More than 500 people are expected to join us in welcoming the more than 1,200 new international students and celebrating the start of a new academic year.
Volunteer Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities
BBQ volunteer tasks include pre-event shopping, set-up, grilling or assisting with food presentation, and clean up.
Time and Commitment
Depends on task—most volunteer positions should last approximately 3 hours.
Dates and Locations
The BBQ is scheduled for Saturday, September 26, 2009, from noon–4 p.m. Volunteer shifts will begin that morning with shopping at 10 a.m. and continue through clean-up, around 6 p.m.
