Changes from Alpine 0.80 to 0.81

New in Alpine 0.81

Version 0.81 addresses bugs found in previous releases and has a few additions
   as well.

   Additions include:

     * More improvements to configure script
     * Removed Disable-Active-Status-Messages feature and replaced it with
Active-Msg-Updates-Per-Second. Added a few animations just for fun.
     * Changed default index display so that it attempts to use locale
information to decide how to print dates. Also added a few more explicit
configuration options for dates in the Index Format option.
     * Attempt to use Mac OSX Keychain for password storage
     * Added 256-color xterm support (very lightly tested)

Bugs that have been addressed in this release include:

     * Fixed some alternate editor and viewer problems in PC-Alpine
     * Fixed Ctrl-T file selection in composer for PC-Alpine
     * Fixed use of "DOWN", "UP" in Initial Keystroke List
     * Fixed immediate exit due to "No user input"
     * Fixed crash when alpine prints its final debugfile message
     * Fixed UnKill in headers in composer
     * PC-Alpine crashes when MIMETYPE file is present
     * Fixed -bail to actually bail
     * Partial fetch failure on server led to Alpine crash
     *  Moved LDAP-specific declaration into #ifdef ENABLE_LDAP
